北京航空航天大学（以下简称“北航”）和杭州市人民政府共同举办杭州市北京航空航天大学国际创新研究院（北京航空航天大学国际创新学院）[以下简称“国新院”]，支撑北航在杭州开展高水平国际化办学等各项工作。国新院秉持北航“德才兼备，知行合一”的校训和“尚德务实，求真拓新”的办学理念，按照“高水平、新机制、国际化”的办学定位，全力打造国际教育示范区、顶尖人才蓄水池、交叉学科增长极、重大成果策源地和国际前沿交叉平台。依托现代化会议设施与产教融合生态，研究院将为 ICRE 2026 参会者提供高质量的学术交流与合作对接平台。

Beihang University (hereinafter referred to as "BUAA") and the Hangzhou Municipal People's Government jointly established the Hangzhou International Innovation Institute of Beihang University to support BUAA in carrying out high-level internationalized education and related initiatives in Hangzhou. H3I upholds BUAA's motto of "Virtue and Talent, Unity of Knowledge and Action" and its educational philosophy of "Value Virtue and Practicality, Seek Truth and Innovation." With an educational positioning of "high-level, new mechanism, internationalization," the institute is committed to creating an international education demonstration zone, a reservoir of top talent, a growth pole for interdisciplinary research, a source of major scientific achievements, and an international cutting-edge interdisciplinary platform. Leveraging modern conference facilities and an industry-education integration ecosystem, the institute will provide ICRE 2026 participants with a high-quality platform for academic exchange and collaborative opportunities.
